When we opened in November 2011, our goal was simple: we wanted to create an environment where our clients would come first. That’s why we always greet each client with a hello and a smile—we want them to be able to leave the stress of the day behind as soon as they step through our doors, because we understand that the training session is as much about the mind as it is about the body.
We believe that in order for our clients to reach their goals, they need to feel comfortable with all aspects of the workout. They need an experienced trainer who they can trust to put their needs first. They need a comfortable, relaxing environment in which to train where they won’t have to worry about who’s watching. They also need to feel confident that they know what they’re doing when working out on their own.
That’s why all of our trainers are not only certified with nationally accredited organizations, they bring years of education and experience to the table. It’s why we’ve kept things small, with a clean and bright 1700-square-foot training space that features the best in functional training equipment, including multiple TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, and a 25-foot training rope. Finally, it’s why our staff guides clients on all aspects of their fitness and well-being, providing informed nutritional counseling and recommending simple workouts that can be followed at home.
